Order Prescribing the Fees To Be Paid by Persons for Services in Respect of the Issuance of Documents by the Office of the Registrar General of Canada

The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act and Order in Council P.C. 1988-672 of April 14, 1988Footnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid by persons for services in respect of the issuance of documents by the Office of the Registrar General of Canada, effective July 1, 1988.

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Office of the Registrar General Fees for Services Order.

Fees

 The fees to be paid for the issuance of documents by the Office of the Registrar General of Canada are the following:

  • (a) Certificate of Authentication blank line each $ 100

  • (b) Certificate of Deposit pursuant to the Railway Act, the Canadian National Railway Act and the Bell Canada Act

    • (i) for the first certificate blank line 100

    • (ii) for each related certificate blank line 35

  • (c) Copies of documents deposited under the Railway Act, the Canadian National Railway Act and the Bell Canada Act, per page blank line each 1

  • (d) Copy of any other document blank line each 10

  • (e) Certified copy of any document blank line each 35
