His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Northern Pipeline AgencyFootnote *, pursuant to subsection 26(3) of the Northern Pipeline Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the Notice of Objection from to be used by a Company that objects to an assessment under section 26 of the Northern Pipeline ActFootnote **.

Short Title
1 This Regulation may be cited as the Northern Pipeline Notice of Objection Regulations.
