18 Subsections 256(2.02) to (2.1) of the Act do not apply in respect of a residential complex, unless the application under subsection 256(3) of the Act for a rebate provided for under subsection 256(2.1) of the Act is filed in respect of the residential complex with the Minister of National Revenue before July 1, 2010.
