Part I: Surface and Subsurface Withdrawal
All those parcels of land identified as “Type 2 Lands” on the following National Topographic Series Maps on file at the office of the Regional Manager, Land Resources Division at Yellowknife, which maps are entitled “LANDS IDENTIFIED FOR WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1992 BETWEEN THE TUNGAVIK FEDERATION OF NUNAVUT, THE MAKIVIK CORPORATION AND CANADA FOR JOINT OWNERSHIP BETWEEN THE TFN AND MAKIVIK” and approved on November 13, 1992 by Jim Umpherson, Regional Manager, Land Resources, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and by David Perrin, Claims Analyst, Land Selection — TFN Claim, Comprehensive Claims Branch, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
Part II: Surface Withdrawal
All those parcels of land identified as “Type 1 Lands”, excluding minerals that are not specified substances as defined in the land claims Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area, the Makivik Corporation and Her Majesty in Right of Canada, on the following National Topographic Series Maps on file at the office of the Regional Manager, Land Resources Division at Yellowknife, which maps are entitled “LANDS IDENTIFIED FOR WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1992, BETWEEN THE TUNGAVIK FEDERATION OF NUNAVUT, THE MAKIVIK CORPORATION AND CANADA FOR JOINT OWNERSHIP BETWEEN THE TFN AND MAKIVIK” and approved on November 13, 1992 by Jim Umpherson, Regional Manager, Land Resources, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and by David Perrin, Claims Analyst, Land Selection — TFN Claim, Comprehensive Claims Branch, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
