Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-1142 of November 23, 2023Footnote ^a;

  • Return to footnote ^aSI/2024-1

• (b) designates, under section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board ActFootnote ^b, the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in that Act; and

  • Return to footnote ^bS.C. 2013, c. 40, s. 365; S.C. 2017, c. 9, s. 36

• (c) designates, under the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations ActFootnote ^c, the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), who is a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
