Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 5(1)Footnote ^a of the Salaries ActFootnote ^b, designates the Department of Health to provide support to the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Associate Minister of Health in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
