Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby orders that any portion of the lands described in the annexed schedule lying within 30.48 m (100 feet) of the ordinary high water mark along the shoreline of Great Slave Lake, in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of those lands.
SCHEDULE
All that portion of Lot 17, Block 19, in the Northwest Territories, as that lot is shown on a plan of survey of record number 83825 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 3578.
