Regulations Prescribing Certain Diseases as Reportable Diseases
The Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Health of Animals ActFootnote *, hereby makes the annexed Regulations prescribing certain diseases as reportable diseases.

Short Title
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Reportable Diseases Regulations.
Reportable Diseases
2 The diseases set out in the schedule are prescribed as reportable diseases for the purpose of section 2 of the Health of Animals Act.
