Marginal note:Eligibility — criteria

• 19 (1) Every individual appointed to the Member Advisory Council, other than an elected director of the Association, must be a director, officer or employee of a member and must represent the interests of that member.

• Marginal note:Other criteria

  (2) The members of the Council must have, as a group, the skills, expertise and experience that the Board considers necessary to permit the Council to carry out its responsibilities effectively.
