15 Subsections 254(2.01) to (2.1) of the Act do not apply in respect of a residential complex if the agreement of purchase and sale of the residential complex is entered into by an individual after April 6, 2010, unless ownership of the residential complex is transferred, or possession of the residential complex is given, to the individual before July 1, 2010.
