TAKE NOTICE THAT an application will be made to the presiding judge of the Court of Appeal, sitting in chambers, at the Court House, 2425 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan on Wednesday the day of , 20 at 10:00 AM, or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, for an order appointing legal counsel pursuant to section 684 of the Criminal Code (Canada).
