Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Regulations
Version of section 37 from 2006-03-22 to 2013-06-06:
37 (1) An election shall be sent to the Minister, or to a person designated by the Minister, not later than the day referred to in section 34 or subsection 35(2), as the case may be.
(2) An election is made on the day on which it is sent.
