Marginal note:Appointments from provinces

10 When considering the appointment to the Board pursuant to paragraph 9(b) of any person put forward by the government of a province, the Board shall, subject to such criteria as it may establish for the purpose, have regard to the amounts contributed to the Foundation by that province.
