His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to Vote L51a of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development set out in Schedule B to Appropriation Act No. 9, 1966, Vote L51g of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development set out in the Schedule to Appropriation Act No. 2, 1967 and Vote L51a of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development set out in Schedule B to Appropriation Act No. 7, 1967, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting a loan for housing for Rosabel Jeanette Pryce.Short TitleThese Regulations may be cited as the Rosabel Jeanette Pryce Housing Regulations.InterpretationIn these Regulations,condominium unit means a bounded space in a building designated or described as a separate unit on a registered condominium or strata lot plan or description or similar plan or description registered pursuant to the laws of a province and intended for human habitation; (unité en copropriété)Minister means the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development. (Ministre)Loan to Rosabel Jeanette PryceThe Minister may make a loan to Rosabel Jeanette Pryce, a member of the Skidegate Band of Indians in the Province of British Columbia, to assist her in the acquisition of a condominium unit situated off a reserve.The Indian Off-Reserve and Eskimo Re-Establishment Housing Regulations shall apply in respect of any loan made pursuant to section 3 as if the loan were a loan under those Regulations.
