His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to paragraph 101(a) and section 102 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006a, makes the annexed Expiry of Sections 10 to 12 and 13 to 15 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 Regulations.aS.C. 2006, c. 13

Ceasing to be in Force1Sections 10 to 12 and 13 to 15 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 cease to be in force on October 12, 2015.

Coming into force2These Regulations are deemed to have come into force on October 13, 2015.
