time to time, set out in Schedule 1 and, for greater certainty, includes regulations made under one or more of those Acts after the coming into force of these Regulations, unless otherwise reference-type="act" link="I-21">Interpretation Act</XRefExternal> (R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 235), as amended from time to time, applies to the interpretation of the Nova Scotia laws, with the adaptations employment in or in connection with the operation of a mine that is wholly or partly at the Donkin coal block is excluded from the application of Parts I, II and III of the <XRefExternal lims:id="745830"><MarginalNote lims:inforce-start-date="2008-06-12" lims:fid="745831" lims:id="745831">Incorporation of Nova Scotia laws</MarginalNote><Label>4</Label><Text>The Nova Scotia laws are incorporated by reference and apply, with the adaptations set out in Schedule 2, to the employment in or in connection with the operation of a mine that is wholly or partly at the Donkin coal
