Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 462.3(2)a of the Criminal Code, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Excluding Certain Indictable Offences from the Definition of “Designated Offence”.S.C. 2001, c. 32, s. 12(7)ExclusionThe indictable offences under the following Acts are excluded from the definition designated offence in subsection 462.3(1) of the Criminal Code:[Repealed, 2010, c. 12, s. 36][Repealed, SOR/2018-108, s. 391][Repealed, SOR/2010-74, s. 1][Repealed, 2010, c. 12, s. 36]Feeds Act;Fertilizers Act;Foreign Publishers Advertising Services Act;Health of Animals Act;[Repealed, 2010, c. 12, s. 36][Repealed, SOR/2018-108, s. 391]Nuclear Safety and Control Act, except for the indictable offence under section 50;Plant Protection Act;Safe Food for Canadians Act; andSeeds Act.2010, c. 12, s. 36; SOR/2010-74, s. 1SOR/2018-108, s. 391Coming into ForceThese Regulations come into force on February 1, 2002.
