His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer from the Secretary of State for External Affairs to the Minister of Communicationsthe powers, duties and functions respecting international expositions under the International Expositions Program; andthe control and supervision of that portion of the public service of Canada in the Department of External Affairs known as the International Expositions Division.
