Whereas the Governor in Council is of the opinion that the cost of a drug submission evaluation service provided by the Department of National Health and Welfare should be borne by the person who uses the service.Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Health and Welfare and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of National Health and Welfare to prescribe, by order, the fees payable by a person to whom a drug submission evaluation service is provided by the Department of National Health and Welfare, in accordance with the annexed terms and conditions.
