Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Canadian Sustainable Jobs Acta, effective May 1, 2026,repeals Order in Council P.C. 2024-852 of June 27, 2024b; andS.C. 2024, c. 13SI/2024-35designates the Minister of Natural Resources, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be a specified Minister for the purposes of the Canadian Sustainable Jobs Acta.
