Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 8 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation Acta,aS.C. 2017, c. 33, s. 219(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-776 of July 26, 2023b; andbSI/2023-46(b)designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
