His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence Acta, effective November 4, 2015,aS.C. 2014, c. 20, s. 375(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2014-857 of June 26, 2014b; andbSI/2014-63(b)designates the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence Acta.
