(<DefinedTermFr>contingent</DefinedTermFr>)</Text></Definition></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="536841" lims:id="536841" level="1"><TitleText>Levies</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="536842" lims:id="536842"><Label>3</Label><Subsection lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="536843" lims:id="536843"><Label>(1)</Label><Text>Every producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, in addition to the licence fees set out in The Ontario Milk Marketing Plan, levies at the rate of $1.20 for 100 pounds of milk or $0.3429 per pound of butterfat sold by him to the Commodity Board that is not in excess of the quota fixed and allotted to him.</Text></Subsection><Subsection lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="536844" lims:id="536844"><Label>(2)</Label><Text>Every producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, in addition to the licence fees set out in the Ontario Milk Marketing Plan, levies at the rate of $7 for each 100 pounds of milk or $2 per pound of butterfat sold by him to the Commodity Board that is in excess of the quota fixed and allotted to him.</Text></Subsection><Subsection lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="536845" lims:id="536845"><Label>(3)</Label><Text>The Commodity Board shall deduct from the moneys payable to a producer all levies payable by the producer to the Commodity Board under subsection (1) or (2).</Text></Subsection></Section></Body></Regulation>
