1These Regulations may be cited as the Application to Canadian Penitentiary Service Regulations.

Application of Act

2Notwithstanding Part I of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, the provisions of the Public Service Employment Act apply to all members of the Correctional Service of Canada including those known as Deputy Commissioner, Directors of Divisions, Regional Directors and all other members of the Correctional Service of Canada except the Commissioner of Penitentiaries.R.S., 1985, c. 35 (2nd Supp.), ss. 15, 18
