Oath of Allegiance

2The oath of allegiance prescribed by the Oaths of Allegiance Act is the oath of allegiance to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories.2014, c. 2, s. 60

Oath of Office

3The oath of office to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories is in the form set out in Schedule I.

Swearing

5The oath of allegiance and oath of office of the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories shall be sworn and subscribed before the Clerk or Assistant Clerk of the Privy Council.
