7.2 The Commodity Board of the province in which the designated facilities are located shall, on behalf of the Agency, allot export market development quotas to producers in such a manner that the aggregate of the number of dozens of eggs authorized to be marketed under any such export market development quota during the period set out in Schedule 1 does not exceed the aggregate of the number of dozens of eggs set out in column 4 of that Schedule in respect of that province.
