His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 37 of the Canada Consumer Product Safety ActFootnote a, makes the annexed Restraint Systems and Booster Seats for Motor Vehicles Regulations.

 Restraint systems and booster seats for motor vehicles described in column 1 of the table to this section must meet the requirements set out in the Parts of the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations that are mentioned in column 2.
