Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 91.1(1)Footnote a of the Pension Act, hereby makes the annexed Special Duty Area Pension Order.

Designation

 For the purpose of the Pension Act, an area set out in column 1 of the schedule is designated as a special duty area in respect of the period commencing on the date set out in column 2 and terminating on the date set out in column 3.

Coming into Force

 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
