Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 91.1(1)a of the Pension Act, hereby makes the annexed Special Duty Area Pension Order.S.C. 2000, c. 34, s. 40DesignationFor the purpose of the Pension Act, an area set out in column 1 of the schedule is designated as a special duty area in respect of the period commencing on the date set out in column 2 and terminating on the date set out in column 3.Repeal[Repeal]Coming into ForceThis Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.(Section 1)
